Paul Graham

Paul Graham is one of many small business owners involved in the Small Business Help Desk, bringing more than 20 years of hands‑on experience building, growing, and supporting businesses across multiple industries. His background is rooted in long‑term relationship building, community‑based networking, and practical experience navigating the day‑to‑day realities of small business ownership.

Over the last two decades, Paul has been deeply involved in local and regional business communities through consistent networking and leadership roles. He currently facilitates Creative Referral Networking (CRN) Fayetteville, helping small business owners build trusted relationships, exchange referrals, and support one another through peer‑driven networking.

Paul has also worked directly with entrepreneurs through the Arkansas Secretary of State’s Office, assisting small business owners in understanding business registration,

requirements, and how to maintain good standing with the state. That experience has provided valuable insight into the common challenges businesses face—and how early education and support can prevent larger issues later. In addition, Paul has served as State President of NAIFA and is one of the founding members of Travel Advisors of Northwest Arkansas (TANWA), both of which reflect his long‑standing commitment to professional collaboration, leadership, and advocacy for small business owners.

The Small Business Help Desk exists to bring together business owners with real‑world experience to share knowledge, resources, and support. Paul’s role reflects that mission—contributing experience, facilitating connections, and helping strengthen the broader small business community.

Eyal Gallico

Gallico is the founder of Apollo IT Services, a managed services provider based in Bentonville, Arkansas, with an additional office in Austin, Texas. With 30 years of hands-on IT experience, Eyal helps small and mid-sized businesses build secure, reliable, and modern technology environments without the cost and overhead of an in-house IT department. He's also an avid mountain biker who moved his company to NWA just so he could ride more — so don't be surprised if a meeting gets scheduled around trail conditions.

Apollo specializes in cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, managed IT, VoIP, and backup and disaster recovery. What Eyal loves most about the work isn't just fixing things — it's the education piece. He believes the more a business owner understands about their own technology, the better they can protect what they've built. So instead of hiding behind jargon, he takes the time to explain the why behind every recommendation, giving small businesses the same level of protection and tools the big companies have, just sized right for them.

Through the Small Business Help Desk, Eyal believes strong technology shouldn't be a luxury reserved for enterprises — it should be accessible, understandable, and built around how a small business actually works. That philosophy fits directly with the Small Business Help Desk's mission of connecting business owners with experienced partners who genuinely want to see them succeed.
